Chatsworth is an intimate 6-bed residential treatment center that specializes in substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Chatsworth is the only place in the country that uses a unique “Closed Group” therapeutic model. The "Closed Group'' model is a shorter program that allows the counselors to provide more intensive, uninterrupted therapy and treatment in less time than most standard 28+ day programs. Special attention is paid to recognizing patterns that cause self-defeating and self-destructive behaviors. Highly trained clinicians provide care for clients by offering new strategies, proactive solutions, and healthy lifestyle changes. The program length is 3 weeks with a maximum of 6 clients. With a 2:1 client to staff ratio, clinicians can provide individualized attention and offer a highly customizable treatment plan. Treatment includes daily individual counseling, small group counseling, yoga, and lectures.

Chatsworth provides a 2-day family program designed to create a recovery foundation for both clients and loved ones. The 2-day family program facilitates and motivates family and significant others to embark on their path to recovery through education and lectures.

Chatsworth is located in Montreal, Canada. They value privacy and only provide the specific location to those who attend the program. The Chatsworth facility welcomes those with questions about their unique program, addiction intervention, or other related issues.
