Days include individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods that help clients reshape thoughts and behaviors, process underlying trauma, and strengthen emotional awareness. Clients learn to prevent relapse with tools to manage physical cravings, intense emotions, and high-risk situations, practicing them until they feel automatic.

Changes Healing Center offers a serene retreat designed to restore mind, body, and spirit. Clients stay in well-appointed private or shared bedrooms in the spacious residence.
