Personalized Plans with Creative Therapies
Carlisle House is focused on supporting individuals through every stage of their recovery journey. They provide personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs, working alongside local Community Addiction Teams to offer access to detox services when necessary. Each person is assigned a Link Worker who helps guide them through the process. Carlisle House offers a wide range of therapies, from individual and group counseling to creative outlets like art and music therapy. Their holistic approach also includes eco-therapy, family therapy, and even filmmaking and nutrition programs.
Aftercare Support
Carlisle House offers an aftercare program to support individuals post-treatment, including a weekly RECONNECT group, up to 12 individual and family therapy sessions, and fitness-focused activities like spin classes. The goal is to help participants maintain their recovery in a supportive environment while reinforcing the progress they've made during treatment.

Can you have visitors?
Yes, visitors are allowed during designated times, with up to 2 visits per week. Visits are restricted during the first seven days, and arrangements can be made for children or clergy visits.
Will you have any free time?
Participants are not permitted to leave the Centre, except for approved appointments. Drug and alcohol testing is conducted upon return.
