Evidence-Based Therapies and Experiential Care

Clients engage in weekly individual and group therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), equine therapy, art, music, and somatic therapies. Their equine therapy is a clinically supervised, ground-based modality (with no riding) to support trauma processing and emotional regulation as part of each client's treatment plan.

Outside the house, clients can engage in whale watching, hiking, horticultural therapy, and yoga to support their recovery.
