Eastern Practices and Holistic Care

AKUA Mind and Body is a treatment program that incorporates both traditional and Eastern medicine practices in gender-specific housing. The organization offers detox, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient programming (IOP). A typical stay including detox is 30 days. AKUA Terra Loma is their women’s only detox and residential treatment program. During treatment, AKUA addresses co-occurring mental health conditions as well as addiction.
