Resa has the capacity to combine mental health treatments with basic healthcare and medication assisted treatment (MAT, ensuring that patients receive quality care.
Community-Based Therapy
Resa Treatment Center is focused on therapy groups that offer a variety of options, including cognitive behavioral (CBT) skills, dialectical behavioral skills (DBT), process groups, gender groups, trauma informed groups, and holistic healing with meditation and mindfulness. This community-based service gives the person the opportunity to use their abilities in "real world" situations, providing them with the "tools" needed to maintain sobriety.
