About Renewed Freedom Center
Renewed Freedom Center (RFC) was founded by Dr. Jenny C. Yip who is a clinical psychologist and is nationally recognized as an expert in anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and parenting. RFC has a team of qualified, experienced professionals and specializes in treating anxiety and OCD. All individuals who start treatment at RFC complete a thorough diagnostic evaluation. The center offers outpatient therapy, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and group therapy.
RFC emphasizes 1-on-1 care, so both the PHP and IOP are 1-to-1 and individualized. The PHP lasts 3-6 weeks consisting of 6 treatment hours a day for 5 days a week. The IOP also lasts 3-6 weeks and consists of 3-4 treatment hours a day for 2-5 days a week. Each treatment day is divided into 2-3 sessions consisting of skills building, skills training, and skills rehearsal to achieve the most consistent and productive results. The groups that RFC offers have various lengths but each session typically lasts 75-90 minutes. They offer various groups throughout the year like a mommy & me group and a teens assertiveness workshop group.
