About Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Virtual
Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center specializes in the treatment of mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders for all clients ages 12 and up. Their multidisciplinary team, led by experienced clinicians, provides virtual evidence-based care personalized for each patient's unique needs.
Pathlight offers virtual intensive outpatient programs (IOP) through their Pathlight At Home service. They understand that in-person treatment is not the most convenient method for everyone, and they work with clients' schedules. This program includes 3 weekly group therapy sessions, each lasting 3 hours, focusing on skills development, process-oriented therapy, and behavior modification. Additionally, participants receive weekly individual or family therapy sessions, along with access to peer, alumni, and caregiver support groups.
Pathlight's virtual treatment programs are available in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Texas, and Washington. Their virtual programs are covered by most commercial insurance plans. Additionally, care is provided using HIPAA-secure technology, providing a safe and confidential atmosphere.
