Valley Hope of Columbia
About Valley Hope of Columbia
Located just south of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Highway (I-70), the center serves adults, including veterans, with substance use disorders (SUD), co-occurring mental health conditions, and families affected by addiction. Clients can participate in in-person, virtual, or hybrid programs, allowing recovery to fit their schedules and daily responsibilities.
Tools and Therapy to Heal
The center offers a range of services, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), individual and group counseling, family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), relapse prevention, and holistic approaches such as mindfulness therapy. Co-occurring conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and trauma are addressed alongside substance use to support full recovery.
Centered in Family Care and Veteran Support
Families and Veterans are central to Valley Hope’s approach. Families can join guided sessions, structured weekend programs, and supervised visits to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and support recovery at home. Veterans receive coordinated care with the Department of Veterans Affairs, peer support, and access to clinicians familiar with military experiences. The veterans program understands and supports the unique experiences of veterans and military families.
