Helping address addiction and mental health concerns, Tovli Recovery is an outpatient treatment center treating alcohol and drug addiction, prescription drug dependence, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), personality disorders, and self-harm. They offer medical detox, day treatment, intensive outpatient, standard outpatient care, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
Integrate Therapy and Medication
They use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and exposure and response prevention as part of treatment. They also provide individual, group, and family therapy, along with yoga, meditation, nutrition counseling, and life skills development. As part of care, they complete clinical assessments, provide medication management, and use FDA-approved medications for alcohol and opioid addiction when appropriate.
Strengthen Progress Through Aftercare
Care can continue from detox into outpatient treatment, virtual support, sober living, and long-term aftercare, giving treatment a connected structure across different stages. They address addiction and mental health concerns together when both are present and also treat mental health conditions on their own. Beyond formal treatment, they offer peer support, continued counseling, alumni connections, relapse prevention planning, and community resources to support ongoing stability and continued care.
