With care that adjusts to different levels of need, The Mindful Lemon (TML) helps clients address mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and life transitions. Their day treatment (PHP) serves adults 18+ for 5–6 hours a day, 5 days a week. Those needing fewer treatment hours can attend their in-person intensive outpatient program (IOP) or fully virtual intensive outpatient program (vIOP), typically 3–5 days weekly for about 3 hours per session. Their outpatient therapy serves children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Flexible Care Across Different Needs

The Mindful Lemon integrates individual and group therapy using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused care, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. Clients in the day treatment program begin each morning with grounding exercises and check-ins before participating in skills groups tailored to help them understand their symptoms and build practical coping strategies. On-site psychiatric evaluations and medication management are available when needed. Through the personalized Lemon Reset™ framework, treatment supports each client's journey by focusing on sleep, daily routines, executive functioning, and relapse prevention.

Stay Connected to Everyday Life

Rather than staying overnight, day treatment (PHP) and IOP clients return home after treatment, giving them opportunities to use new skills in their everyday routines and relationships. Their day treatment can serve as a step down from residential treatment or give clients more support when IOP is not enough. The team begins discharge and aftercare planning early, so clients can understand what comes next and prepare for their next level of care as their needs change.
