The Summit/Seneca Branch of Therapeutic Health Services (THS) is an outpatient provider in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood, serving adults with substance use and mental health conditions. Their core focus is opioid use disorder, treated through medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone and Suboxone paired with counseling. As a CARF-accredited, welcoming location, they support clients who need ongoing clinical care while staying active in daily life.

Treat Opioid Use With Medication-Assisted Treatment

THS offers adult chemical dependency outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, chemical dependency assessments, medical exams and evaluations, and MAT using methadone or Suboxone. The Summit Branch now accepts MAT (methadone) walk-ins during morning hours, making it easier for new clients to start care quickly.

Address Mental Health Alongside Recovery

Alongside substance use care, the branch delivers adult outpatient mental health services, including individual, group, and family counseling, psychiatric services and medication management, crisis intervention, mental health assessments, and case management. They also offer an African-American Ethnic Mental Health Specialty and court referrals, with clients working alongside licensed professionals on individualized treatment plans that adapt to changing needs.

Access Wraparound Support and Coverage

Integrated outpatient services support adults with co-occurring conditions, with counseling central across programs and medication services when appropriate. The branch also provides support programs such as childcare, drug court, DUI and deferred prosecution services, a Pregnant and Parenting Program (P3), and legal or probation coordination. THS accepts Apple Health Medicaid plans and commercial insurance and offers a sliding fee scale.
