Along Broad Street near Sumter Mall, Sumter Treatment Specialists is an outpatient clinic treating opioid use disorder through medication-assisted treatment and counseling. Their program includes methadone, Suboxone, and buprenorphine paired with individual and group counseling. They offer structured outpatient care that supports daily responsibilities in a confidential medical setting, helping patients build stability, routine, and momentum toward recovery.

Care is available Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., offering early, consistent support to help patients start each day with stability and purpose. The clinic is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
