About Strive Forward Recovery
Supporting adults who need addiction treatment while continuing to live at home, Strive Forward Recovery offers day treatment (PHP) and intensive outpatient care (IOP) in Lancaster, serving the greater Los Angeles area. Its programs address alcohol, opioid, fentanyl, heroin, prescription drug, cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, benzodiazepine, and polysubstance addiction in a confidential, judgment-free environment.
Turning Structure into Progress
Treatment begins with a clinical assessment of each client’s substance use history, current challenges, strengths, and goals. Their care combines individual and group therapy, relapse prevention education, life-skills training, family support, peer connection, goal setting, accountability, and 12-Step recovery education. Their day treatment runs 5 days per week for 6-8 hours each day, while IOP meets several days per week so clients can continue work, school, and other responsibilities. Strive Forward’s atercare planning starts early and supports the return to work, school, or vocational training.
