About Spring Behavioral Health of New Jersey
With a focus on safe, accepting care, Spring Behavioral Health of New Jersey is an outpatient mental health center for children ages 6 and older, teens, adults, families, and couples. Through in-person care in Toms River and telehealth across New Jersey, the center treats anxiety, depression, trauma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions with therapy and coaching.
Map Care With Clarity
Through a compassionate, evidence-based approach, the team uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, and sand play therapy to help people build coping skills, manage intense emotions, improve communication, and set meaningful goals. Services also include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and genetic testing, with the team matching each person to a provider who fits their needs.
