Reduce Cravings Through MAT
Spero Health Seymour provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Suboxone and Vivitrol to help clients reduce cravings and regulate behavior. MAT is combined with evidence-based practices where clients actively participated counseling sessions individually or in groups to build coping skills and prevent relapse. Recovery support services help clients regain confidence by attending life skills trainings.
90+ Days of Steady Care
Care starts with individualized assessment to recognize each client’s needs and goals. At the first phase of care, clients typically visit the clinic for 1-3 days per week, in a span of 90+ days to build healthier routine. Methadone treatment is not offered, but staff help arrange referrals when needed. Pregnant women receive coordinated support and appropriate referrals. At Spero Health Seymour, clients gain steady care, encouragement and real hope to lasting healing.
