About Spectrum Health Systems - Millbury
Committed to helping clients achieve personal goals and lead more productive lives, Spectrum Health Systems approaches treatment through education-based programming for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The center uses motivational interviewing and motivational enhancement therapy (MET) to encourage participation while providing overdose prevention education.
Clinical Support for Substance Use Recovery
The facility provides adults with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using methadone, naltrexone, and buprenorphine (suboxone) alongside individual and group outpatient counseling. Clinical assessments, medication evaluations and monitoring, case management, and continuing care planning further support treatment.
Convenient Access to Medication Services
Spectrum Health Systems offers same-day admission and designated walk-in access for medication services, allowing eligible clients to complete intake requirements, physical exams, toxicology screening, and, when appropriate, receive medication on the same day. The center operates Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Supportive Medication for Recovery

Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
