About Sound Tukwila East
For families, deaf and hard of hearing communities, and mothers with children needing both recovery and housing stability, Sound Tukwila East brings several high-need services together at 6400 Southcenter Boulevard in Tukwila. This location offers weekday outpatient access near the Southcenter area, with office hours Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sound’s Tukwila services connect child and family therapy, deaf services, outpatient behavioral health care, and Willows, a 2-year transitional housing program for women with co-occurring substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health needs and their children.
Strengthen Families Through Treatment
Care may include child and family assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, school-based services, parenting skills, co-occurring treatment, and deaf services available in person or by telehealth. Willows requires outpatient mental health and addiction treatment while helping families work toward permanent housing after program completion.
