Integrated Therapies Strengthen Patient Progress
Treatment combines FDA-approved medication-assisted treatment (MAT) including suboxone, buprenorphine, sublocade, and vivitrol with individual and group counseling. Case management helps patients coordinate transportation, secure stable housing, and address other legal needs, while recovery planning and continued relapse prevention support strengthen long-term progress.
Peer Guidance and Telehealth Options
Through SaVida Health, patients receive peer recovery coaching and harm reduction resources, including Narcan (naloxone). Telehealth visits and same-day or next-day appointments make services easy to access, with office hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
