Treatment combines FDA-approved medication-assisted treatment (MAT) including suboxone, buprenorphine, sublocade, and vivitrol with individual and group counseling. Case management helps patients navigate practical challenges, including transportation, housing, child care, and employment.
Peer Guidance and Telehealth Options
Patients can access peer recovery coaching, and harm reduction resources, including Narcan (naloxone), to stay safe and supported throughout recovery. Hours of operation vary throughout the week, starting Monday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
