Safety Consultant Services - South Gate

Safety Consultant Services, Inc. provides licensed DUI programs for individuals convicted of wet reckless, first, second, or multiple DUI offenses. Approved by the State of California and Los Angeles County, the courses are offered in both English and Spanish. Each program focuses on the legal and psychological consequences of drinking and driving, guiding participants toward safer choices and helping them build a stronger sense of personal responsibility.

Structured Learning Paths

Programs are designed according to the type of conviction. A wet reckless program requires 12 hours to complete. First offender programs may run three, six, or nine months, combining alcohol education, counseling, and group sessions. Multiple offender programs extend up to 18 or 30 months and include re-entry activities that prepare clients to return smoothly to daily life. Each option is structured to meet individual needs and ensure long-term accountability.

Additional Recovery Support

The center also participates in the DUI MAT Integration and Outreach Pilot Project created by the California Department of Health Care Services. This program offers confidential Medication Assisted Treatment and substance use support for individuals facing opioid or other drug dependencies. Participation is voluntary and does not affect court, probation, or DMV requirements. It gives clients an additional opportunity to strengthen recovery and improve their overall health and well-being.
