Recovery starts with one conversation at Rock Recovery, an outpatient substance use and dual diagnosis practice serving individuals and families across Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties. Licensed clinicians, counselors, and certified recovery mentors work with individuals addressing opioid and fentanyl use, methamphetamine use, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions.

From Assessment to Treatment

Rock Recovery provides ASAM Level 1 outpatient care with assessments, individual counseling, and group treatment, plus ASAM 0.5 early intervention for risky substance use. They also conduct alcohol and drug evaluations for courts, attorneys, employers, and diversion programs and provide community-based treatment for people involved with the courts or under supervision. Licensed clinicians offer individual therapy, couples counseling, trauma and PTSD services, and anger management.

More Ways to Stay Connected

Certified recovery mentors provide 1-on-1 peer support between sessions and after formal treatment ends, while Oregon Health Authority (OHA)-certified DUII services cover evaluation, education, treatment, and completion documentation through weekday evening classes. For those seeking faith-based support, the optional Redeemed Recovery track combines Christian discipleship with the same clinical care offered across the program.
