Sobriety Works
About Sobriety Works
Adults with substance use disorders (SUD) can move through intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, and ongoing recovery support without changing providers. Sobriety Works combines these levels of care with individual counseling, group therapy, therapy for co-occurring disorders, court assessments, peer support, and Parent Mentor Services, allowing treatment to continue as clinical needs change.
Treatment Guided by Level of Care
Individual counseling, group therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy are matched to each client's outpatient program. Adults with co-occurring disorders can also receive behavioral health services, while peer support, recovery coaching, court assessments, and Parent Mentor Services expand care for recovery, legal requirements, and family-related cases.
Outpatient Program Progression
Intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) meets 3 days each week through 3-hour individual and small group sessions. Clients who need a lower level of care can continue with weekly outpatient counseling and group sessions before transitioning to Recovery Support Services, which includes Wednesday evening Zoom groups, individual appointments, telehealth, and ongoing therapist or peer support.
