Integrate Medication and Counseling
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) uses methadone and buprenorphine with required counseling to address opioid use disorder. Staff provide daily monitored dosing, medical evaluations, and lab testing, including blood work. Individual, group, and family counseling address behaviors, coping strategies, and relapse prevention through scheduled sessions.
Track Progress and Adjust Care
Treatment starts with a behavioral health assessment that includes differential diagnosis, suicide risk screening, and review of co-occurring conditions. Reliance Treatment Center conducts physical diagnostic examinations that reviews medical history, mental status, and lab testing. Clinicians adjust dosing and track progress to help clients maintain work and daily routines. Hours run Monday through Friday 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Saturday 5 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
