About Puget Sound Psychotherapy
Guided by dignity and respect for each client, Puget Sound Psychotherapy offers therapy and psychiatric care for children, teens, adults, couples, and families in Seattle and through telehealth across Washington. Clinicians treat anxiety, depression, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, burnout, grief, and relationship concerns through inclusive care that supports LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients while considering identity, lived experience, and treatment goals.
Bring Choice Into Treatment
Puget Sound Psychotherapy’s care team matches clients with therapists based on personality, experience, approach, needs, and preferences. Depending on the clinician, therapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic, relational, or attachment-based approaches, while couples counseling may incorporate emotionally focused therapy and Gottman Method techniques. Clients can also request a therapy dog during sessions for additional comfort. Individual, couples, family, and group therapy work alongside psychiatric evaluations and medication management, giving clients access to therapy and psychiatric care within one practice.
