Building Skills for Life and Recovery

For anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or grief, One Love Agency offers day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy. They use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care, with telehealth also available. Addiction recovery services include process groups, skills-building groups, peer support circles, and relapse prevention groups. They also provide case management, community based rehabilitative services (CBRS), recovery coaching, re-integration services, and social or paraprofessional services.
