Therapy That Reflects Each Client
Their clinicians take an individualized, collaborative approach, getting to know each client’s experiences, needs, and goals before shaping care. Treatment may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-focused care, and mindfulness practices. Chelsea clinicians also bring experience in culturally responsive care, supporting immigrant experiences, and building practical coping and communication skills. The office is open Monday–Friday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with early morning, evening, and weekend appointments also available.
