About Northeast Health Services - Boston - Government Center
Northeast Health Services in Boston, MA brings therapy and psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults in the Suffolk County community. The outpatient clinic offers therapy, psychiatry, medication management, telehealth, and NeuroStar® transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Their clinicians work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, and psychotic disorders. Clients can combine therapy with psychiatric care and medication management based on their individual needs.
An Individualized Approach to Therapy
Their clinicians take an individualized, collaborative approach, getting to know each client’s experiences, needs, and goals before shaping care. Treatment may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused care. Through individual therapy, clinicians help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while finding approaches that fit their needs. For eligible clients with depression, NeuroStar® TMS uses magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood without medication. The office is open Monday–Friday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with early morning, evening, and weekend appointments also available.
