About Merakey Southeast Breton Road
Strengthening communication, learning, and future independence, Merakey Southeast Breton Road is a therapeutic and educational autism services center for children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. They address communication needs, behavioral and emotional concerns, social development, and challenges affecting home, school, work, and community life through applied behavioral analysis and specialized developmental care.
Strengthen Communication and Confidence
Their applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services develop listening, imitation, reading, conversation, perspective-taking, and other functional skills. Specialized therapies, family involvement, transition services, independence coaching, and pre-vocational training help people carry progress across home, school, work, and community settings while supporting individual strengths and future goals.
Build Readiness for What’s Next
Located along Southeast Breton Road, this center is part of Merakey, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people, families, and communities. Merakey began in Philadelphia in 1969 as The Northwest Center, later became NHS Human Services, and has grown into a multi-state provider serving 12 states across behavioral health, autism, addiction recovery, intellectual and developmental disability, education, foster care, aging, and veteran services. At this location, they carry that mission forward by strengthening communication, confidence, practical skills, and readiness for greater independence.
