About Merakey Parkside Recovery - Knights Road

Helping individuals and families navigate behavioral health challenges with dignity and direction, Merakey Parkside Recovery - Knights Road is an outpatient behavioral health center for adults and caregivers. They address depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, serious mental illness, opioid use disorder, behavioral needs, family conflict, and difficulties through therapy, psychiatry, medication care, and family-centered services.

They provide adults with individual, group, family, and specialized therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, case coordination, and outpatient buprenorphine (Suboxone) treatment. They also offer outpatient therapy and psychiatry, family-based care, school collaboration, crisis guidance, and community treatment. This coordinated approach addresses clinical symptoms while strengthening family relationships, coping skills, daily routines, and readiness for greater stability.

Located along Knights Road, this center is part of Merakey, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people, families, and communities. Merakey began in Philadelphia in 1969 as The Northwest Center, later became NHS Human Services, and has grown into a multi-state provider serving 12 states across behavioral health, autism, addiction recovery, intellectual and developmental disability, education, foster care, aging, and veteran services. At this location, they carry that mission forward through recovery-focused treatment, practical support, and person-centered care.
