Merakey Anthra Plaza

Promoting recovery and healthier functioning across age groups, Merakey Anthra Plaza is an outpatient addiction, behavioral health, and youth services center for adults, children, adolescents, young adults, and families. They address alcohol addiction, opioid addiction, other drug addictions, behavioral addictions, mental health conditions, emotional concerns, family conflict, and behavioral needs through structured recovery and family-centered care.

Their adult services include outpatient and intensive outpatient addiction treatment, individual counseling, group therapy, life-skills development, relapse prevention, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and case coordination. Youth services add therapy, psychiatry, family-centered treatment, school collaboration, crisis guidance, and community care. Located along State Route 2026, this center is part of Merakey, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people, families, and communities. Merakey began in Philadelphia in 1969 as The Northwest Center, later became NHS Human Services, and has grown into a multi-state provider serving 12 states across behavioral health, autism, addiction recovery, intellectual and developmental disability, education, foster care, aging, and veteran services. At this location, they carry that mission forward through recovery, healthier relationships, emotional wellbeing, and practical progress.
