The Mark
About The Mark
Helping people find hope and renewed purpose, The Mark serves adults and teens ages 12–17 in Tucson through mental health services and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Care addresses anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, mood-related concerns, substance use, emotional distress, and behavioral concerns. Separate services give adults and teens care that reflects their different emotional, developmental, and family needs.
Coordinate Care Across Services
The Mark helps adults and teens build healthier ways to handle what is getting in the way of daily life. Adults explore underlying concerns while developing practical coping strategies, while teens ages 12–17 work on emotional regulation, communication, self-esteem, and relationships through age-appropriate trauma-informed care. Family involvement also plays a larger role in the teen program, with clinicians working alongside caregivers to strengthen support at home and school. IOP participants attend three-hour sessions three times each week for an average of 90 days.
