Life Healing Center

Built around a 16-week Matrix Model program with evening sessions, Life Healing Center provides addiction treatment for adults balancing recovery with work and family responsibilities. Operated by Santa Fe Psychotherapy and Consulting, the center offers intensive outpatient (IOP) and regular outpatient services in Santa Fe, with online treatment available across New Mexico. Clients can attend structured group sessions or receive less intensive individual counseling based on their needs.

Follow a Structured 16-Week Program

The intensive outpatient program combines cognitive behavioral strategies, relapse prevention, education, and family and social support through the Matrix Model. Clients attend three 3-hour evening groups and one individual counseling session each week. Therapists help clients recognize substance use patterns, manage cravings, and develop coping skills. Groups also cover mindfulness and distress tolerance, with optional 12-step concepts. Clients receive a certificate after completing the program.

Keep Working While Getting Care

Evening sessions allow clients to maintain work and family routines, while online access extends treatment to adults across New Mexico, including rural communities. Those who need less intensive services can attend regular outpatient counseling and receive case management without the IOP’s fixed group schedule. The center also accepts referrals from DWI/DUI courts and probation, with drug testing and compliance reporting available when required.
