Junction Brain Health - Toledo

Focused on restoring balance, function, and quality of life through medically guided care, Junction Brain Health - Toledo is an outpatient facility serving adults with depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including veterans with persistent or treatment-resistant symptoms. Located inside ProMedica Flower Hospital’s Medical Office Building One in Sylvania, the clinic serves Toledo, Northwest Ohio, and Southeast Michigan. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with weekends closed.

Treatment Beyond Medication

The Toledo clinic combines transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), Spravato, an esketamine nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression, and psychiatric medication management. Clinicians may prescribe Spravato with an oral antidepressant for major depression involving suicidal ideation or suicidal behavior. NeuroStar TMS targets brain areas that regulate mood without sedation or recovery time. Clinicians administer Spravato under clinical supervision, while medication management allows the team to review symptoms, monitor response, and adjust psychiatric prescriptions over time. A board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner helps guide this coordinated approach.

Founded in 2014 as TMS Solutions, Junction Brain Health now operates a veteran-founded, multi-site outpatient network. The Toledo clinic extends that work through interventional psychiatry and ongoing medication care for adults with persistent mental health symptoms.
