About JM Nutrition - Woodbridge
JJM Nutrition’s Woodbridge (Vaughan) office provides outpatient nutrition counselling for people navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, emotional/stress eating, and orthorexia. Sessions focus on practical, individualized strategies, with virtual appointments available for added access.

The Woodbridge office is located north of Toronto in Vaughan (Woodbridge), with free parking available. Appointments run Monday–Thursday from 9 AM - 9 PM, Fridays from 9 AM - 7 PM, and the office is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

In addition to eating-disorder support, the Woodbridge team works with a wide range of nutrition concerns, including digestive health, chronic disease management, women’s health, sports nutrition, pediatric/family nutrition, and senior nutrition. This range can help clients address both day-to-day functioning and longer-term health goals.
Understand Costs Upfront With A Session-Based Model
Pricing follows a session-based model, starting with an initial appointment ($135). Follow-ups (up to 30 minutes) are available as single sessions or bundles (e.g., 1 for $80; 3 for $225; 5 for $350; 10 for $600). A free phone consultation is available to discuss fit, process, and billing.
