Located in the Hillside Oaks Square, Integrated Behavioral Health of Louisiana serves children, adolescents, and adults. They provide therapy services for clients ages 5+ and medication management for clients ages 3+, including LGBTQIA+ clients. Addressing Complex Mental Health Needs
The center treats conditions including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma and adjustment-related disorders, anger management concerns, behavioral and conduct disorders, chronic illness, grief and bereavement, divorce and separation, eating disorders, insomnia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), psychotic disorders, substance use disorders (SUD), suicidal thoughts, and sexuality concerns. Psychotic disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders are addressed through medication management only.
Multiple Paths to Mental Wellness
Therapy approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), attachment-based therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Couples counseling and family therapy are also available through the center.
