Located in downtown Baraboo Mauston, Innervisions Counseling & Consulting Center serves children, teens, adults, and families, providing outpatient mental health and substance use treatment in a confidential, client-centered environment. They use individual outpatient counseling, family systems therapy, case management, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), school support, preventative services, autism support, LGBTQ+ support, and counseling through grief and loss related to medical diagnoses. Their environment respects cultural diversity.

Court-Ordered Outpatient Treatment

Innervisions also specializes in serving justice-involved individuals, offering court-ordered outpatient treatment, forensic interviewing, case management, and services tailored to those navigating criminal thinking patterns, trauma from the justice system, or re-entry challenges.

Available 6 Days a Week

Innervisions is normally open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Outside these hours, they may be able to meet with clients by appointment. Innervisions is closed New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Since they are in the countryside, they may cancel due to weather and encourage clients to put safety ahead of traveling to appointments.
