Located in Brookfield, Wisconsin and providing specialized eating disorder treatment for adults and adolescents in the greater Milwaukee area, Inner Haven Wellness Milwaukee offers partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) levels of care for individuals experiencing anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, disordered eating, body image concerns, and co-occurring anxiety, depression, or mood-related symptoms.

Inner Haven’s Milwaukee-area programming was created to expand access to high-quality eating disorder treatment close to home. For many families and adults in southeastern Wisconsin, timely access to specialized PHP and IOP care can be difficult to find. Inner Haven helps fill that gap with physician-led, evidence-based, and relational treatment designed to support long-term recovery.

Benefit From Intensive Eating Disorder Treatment With Local Connection

The Brookfield location offers a warm and collaborative treatment environment for clients who need more support than weekly outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient or residential treatment. Programming includes structured therapeutic groups, supported meals and snacks, individual therapy, nutrition counseling, medical and psychiatric support, and individualized treatment planning. Inner Haven’s approach is grounded in ACT, DBT, mindfulness, values-based recovery, nutrition therapy, and practical skill-building. Clients are supported in understanding the function of eating disorder behaviors, building emotional regulation skills, developing a healthier relationship with food, and practicing recovery tools in real-life situations.

Find Tailored Support for Teens and Adults

Inner Haven Milwaukee serves both adolescents and adults. Adolescent programming supports teens ages 12–17 with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns. Family involvement is a central part of teen treatment, helping parents and caregivers understand eating disorder recovery, improve communication, and support their loved one outside of treatment hours. Adult programming provides a structured and compassionate space for individuals balancing recovery with work, school, relationships, parenting, and other responsibilities. Inner Haven’s flexible PHP and IOP levels of care allow clients to receive meaningful support while staying connected to their daily lives.

Receive Physician-Led, Multidisciplinary Care

Inner Haven Wellness is led by eating disorder experts and supported by a multidisciplinary team that may include physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, licensed therapists, registered dietitians, and other experienced behavioral health professionals. This team-based model allows Inner Haven to address the medical, nutritional, emotional, and relational complexity of eating disorders.
