Idabel Behavioral Health (Wind Horse Counseling), located in the deep southeast corner of the Choctaw Nation, offers mental health services for individuals, families, and couples. Native Americans from any federally recognized tribe—holding a CDIB card, tribal membership card, or letter of descendancy—are eligible and typically pay no out-of-pocket fees. Services include therapy for all ages, crisis support, and virtual appointments.

They also collaborate with the Warrior Wellness program, providing culturally connected services for Native American veterans, including equine therapy, family retreats, and peer support. Services are generally not available for non-tribal individuals, with limited exceptions.
