Helping people overcome personal struggles, Haracec Complete Healthcare serves children, teenagers, and adults throughout El Paso and surrounding communities. The center treats depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorders, behavior problems, psychosis, eating disorders, and other mental health conditions through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and primary care. It also includes advanced services such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ExoMind, Spravato, ketamine infusion therapy, and vitamin infusion therapy.

Guiding Care Through Treatment

Care starts with comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that examines each client’s physical, genetic, developmental, emotional, cognitive, and social history. Based on results, the care team develops a treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy, or advanced treatment options. Therapists provide individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as parent education, using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Psychiatric providers manage medication, monitor symptoms, and adjust treatment as clients’ need change. For eligible clients, the center also provides transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), smoking cessation, and autism-related symptoms. They also offer ExoMind to support focus, emotional regulation, sleep, and cognitive performance.

Providing Convenient Access to Care

The center provides behavioral healthcare, primary care, and advanced treatment services at their Central and East El Paso locations. Clients who need additional treatment options may receive Spravato or Ketamine infusion therapy for treatment-resistant depression, while vitamin infusion therapy supports overall health and wellness. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, and CareCredit financing is available for eligible patients.
