About Green Springs Wellness
Along with dual-diagnosis treatment, Green Springs Wellness provides care for adults with substance use and mental health conditions. The center treats addiction to alcohol and drugs, including opioids such as heroin, fentanyl, and prescription painkillers, as well as benzodiazepines, stimulants, and marijuana. Treatment also addresses depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), grief and loss, and self-harm.
Structured Support and Programs
The center offers multiple levels of care, along with detox placement and referral support. The outpatient program meets for a few hours each week, while the partial hospitalization program (PHP) typically runs 5 days a week for several hours per day. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets several times a week for 3–5 hours per session over several weeks. These programs provide structured, step-down care.

Green Springs Wellness provides individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), 12-Step facilitation, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention. The center also offers mindfulness practices, nutritional counseling, recreational therapy, stress and anger management, and yoga, along with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for addiction.
