About Eugene Therapy - Eugene Clinic
A collaborative approach shapes outpatient therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families seeking care for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and other mental health conditions. Since 2010, Eugene Therapy has provided individual, couples, and family counseling while addressing substance use only when it is secondary to a mental health condition. Eugene Therapy refers individuals needing primary addiction treatment to specialized providers.
Individualized Therapy and Clinical Services
Therapists tailor care through 1-to-1 counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, medication management, psychological testing, and specialized OCD treatment. Children may participate in play therapy, while individuals with insomnia may receive cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), sleep education, and sleep diary monitoring. Therapy also addresses anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, and other mental health conditions based on each client's needs.
Expanding Access to Care
Eugene Therapy offers secure online therapy throughout Oregon using an encrypted telehealth platform. They provide services for college students, LGBTQ+ individuals, military members, veterans, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds. The practice also provides psychiatric prescribing services, allowing providers to coordinate therapy and medication management when clinically appropriate.
