About Ellie Mental Health San Diego at Sorrento Valley
*CLOSED* Ellie was founded in 2015 and has since grown to have many clinics and franchises across the country. They were founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health and use humor to break barriers in the mental health industry.
This clinic in the Sorrento Valley provides compassionate counseling services for clients who desire a judgment-free space to express their concerns. They treat individuals, couples, and families in-person or virtually and offer play, grief, group, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed therapies. This clinic specializes in treating a wide range of mental health disorders and issues including but not limited to anger, conduct disorder (CD), panic disorders, phobias, psychosis, self-harm, and oppositional defiant disorder (ODD). There are two dogs, Luna & Winston at the clinic, who enjoy bringing smiles to clients' faces.
