About Ellie Mental Health - Monument
Ellie Mental Health's Monument, Colorado clinic serves the Tri-Lakes region, including Palmer Lake, Larkspur, Black Forest, and northern Colorado Springs. The clinic offers individual, couples, and family therapy in person or online, with a team of therapists and therapist candidates matched to each client's goals. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm.
Match With a Therapist Who Fits
Clients work with a therapist chosen for their specific situation rather than assigned at random. The clinic's providers draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), among others. One clinician on staff also holds a Licensed Addiction Counselor credential.
Partner With the Local Community
The clinic partners with community organizations such as the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Brad's House, and Tri-Lakes Cares to expand access to therapy across the region. It accepts a broad range of insurance plans to help keep care affordable, and serves individuals, couples, and families of all ages in the Tri-Lakes community.
