Structured Support That Fits Your Healing Needs
Various level of outpatient care, including standard outpatient services, intensive outpatient program (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP). In the IOP, clients usually meet three mornings each week. In the PHP, clients go home every after 5-6 hours of attending therapy sessions and educational group activities. Clients stay on treatment based on their progress. Beginnings uses a personalized and evidence-based approach, helping individuals take part in counseling and behavioral therapies that support healthier habits and stronger coping abilities.

Beginnings also provides added support for individuals facing co-occurring mental health issues, trauma, or mood and personality challenges. Trained specialists offer close supervision and guidance that make clients feel supported in managing symptoms throughout treatment. Complementary services like as mindfulness therapy, nutrition counseling, and exercise program also available for holistic support. Beginnings uses these services to help reduce stress, improve physical health, encourage healthier food choices and support overall well-being during recovery.
Connections to Post-Treatment Support
To help clients stay connected and supported on their long-term recovery, Beginnings helps clients develop a relapse prevention plan, which usually includes connections to community resources, an active alumni network, and weekly alumni meetings. Clients share their experiences and build connections with others in recovery.
