About Compass Integrative Recovery
Situated near downtown trails on a five-acre micro-resort in Woodland Park, Colorado, Compass Integrative Recovery is an outpatient program that helps adults facing trauma, depression, burnout, and substance misuse through intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) care. It focuses on first responders, military veterans, special forces, executives, and working professionals who need structured treatment that fits real-life responsibilities. Medical care, counseling, and recovery planning work together to address mental, physical, and relational challenges.
Therapy That Addresses the Whole Picture
Compass Integrative Recovery's clients meet with PhD-level counselors, psychiatrists, and physicians for individual therapy, group sessions, and medical evaluations. Treatment may include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), brain mapping, neurofeedback, functional medicine, nutrition coaching, family counseling, chiropractic care, acupuncture, equine therapy, art therapy, and fitness. Life Mapping and nervous system reset sessions help clients build practical plans beyond treatment.
Comfortable Setting and Daily Experiences
Daily experiences may include guided fitness, hiking, equine activities, and cold plunge sessions, and structured therapy groups. Life Mapping and nervous system reset work help clients build practical next steps, while families can join virtual counseling and clients may continue support through a long-term recovery community.
