Formerly part of Preferred Family Health, Centerstone - St. Joseph Buckingham Street brings counseling, outpatient addiction recovery, and Children and Family services together in one setting. Clients can address mental health and substance use concerns through individual, group, and family counseling, while younger clients receive added support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and substance use.
Extend Care Beyond Counseling
Their clinicians use individualized care planning to guide counseling and addiction recovery without requiring residential care. For children and adolescents who need additional support, the children and family services can involve caregivers through family counseling, case management, education, and coordination with community resources, helping treatment extend beyond individual sessions and into the relationships and settings that shape daily life.
