Located on the second floor of Cox North Hospital, the office combines clinical care with community-based support for clients managing behavioral health and practical needs.

Coordinate Care Across Settings

Centerstone’s sounseling gives clients space to address behavioral health concerns through individualized treatment planning, while community support services and case management can connect care with needs outside the therapy room. HIV case management adds location-specific support for clients living with HIV, and the Connection Center program provides another point of access within the site’s broader outpatient service structure.
