About Center Point DAAC
Center Point DAAC is a nonprofit in Santa Rosa, California offering outpatient addiction and co-occurring mental health disorder treatment to adolescents, adults, and pregnant women. Their current continuum of care includes an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a general outpatient program. They use evidence-based therapies in their treatment approach as well as family involvement, education and skill building, group therapy, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Their IOP offers separate program times for pregnant women and women with newborn children.
Adolescent Program
Center Point DAAC’s adolescent program is available to individuals ages 13-17 and is designed to meet the needs and challenges faced by adolescents. The program’s goal is to support recovery, promote healthy choices, and help facilitate positive life outcomes. The features of the program include a comprehensive assessment, behavioral therapies, MAT, family involvement, and peer support. The adolescent program is available in Spanish and via telehealth appointments.
