Supporting mental health from childhood through adulthood Bearden Behavioral Health serves children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and LGBTQ+ clients through in-person care and teletherapy. They treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, grief, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, anger, panic disorder, gender dysphoria, and relationship concerns. Services also include psychiatric assessment, medication prescribing, and ongoing medication management.

Adapt Care Beyond One Regimen

Clinicians at Bearden build each treatment plan around the person’s goals and needs rather than follow a one set regimen. Their therapy options include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), rational emotive therapy, mindfulness training, guided imagery, supportive therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, family therapy, play therapy, art therapy, desensitization, solution-focused therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Nurse practitioners coordinate medication care with therapists when appropriate.

Expand Access through Teletherapy

Bearden’s GeneSight testing helps prescribers review medication options when clients experience side effects or find that previous medications did not work as intended, using a cheek swab to generate a DNA profile that informs medication selection. Child therapists may involve parents, caregivers, and teachers to support progress, while couples counseling works through communication, parenting, infidelity, intimacy, forgiveness, finances, and personality differences. New clients complete an in-person intake before starting teletherapy.
